1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services, information products, or goods offered by Briavene at briavena.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Overview of Services

Briavene provides cash flow forecasting, budget oversight, and liquidity management services. All project details, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

3. Information Products

Information products include digital guides, templates, and training materials. Access is granted upon completion of payment and may require user credentials. You may download materials for personal or internal use only.

4. Goods

Goods refer to physical items available for purchase through briavena.com. All shipments are subject to availability and warehouse processing times.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are due as specified in invoices or on the order page. Payment methods accepted will be listed at checkout. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may request a refund for unused service hours. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Clients may opt to reschedule any booked session at no extra charge if notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% service fee and are not eligible for a refund.

6.2 Information Products

Digital products are non-refundable once access credentials or download links have been delivered. If you have not accessed the product, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase via our contact form. After 14 days or once access is granted, all sales are final due to the nature of digital delivery.

6.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition. To initiate a return, contact us via our contact form. A restocking fee of 15% applies. Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days after we receive the returned items, using the original payment method.

7. Rescheduling Services

To reschedule a service, notify us at least 48 hours prior to the appointment via our contact form. Requests made later may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session.

8. Modifications to Terms

Briavene reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on briavena.com. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
